Yes, once you have booked with FERGUS Hotels, the booking confirmation email will also include a document with all the policy details. If you book a flexible rate, you will get a copy of the policy after you check in at the hotel. However, we remind you that you can see the conditions before booking using the links above. We recommend you read the entire document carefully.
If you need medical assistance during your trip, contact the insurer by calling +34 91 566 15 88. An agent will assist you and tell you what you have to do to get help.
